Cancellations and Refunds
At MD First Aid Training, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policy, while ensuring our courses can run smoothly for all participants.
Course Bookings
A 10% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place on a course. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the course start date.
Cancellations by Participants
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing (via email) as soon as possible.
More than 14 days before the course: You may transfer to another available course date or receive a refund (minus the 10% booking fee).
Between 7 and 14 days before the course: You may transfer to another date, subject to availability, but no refund will be given.
Less than 7 days before the course or non-attendance: Unfortunately, no refund or transfer can be offered, as places are limited and costs are already incurred.
Cancellations by MD First Aid Training
In the rare event that MD First Aid Training must cancel or postpone a course (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment numbers), we will offer you the option to:
Transfer to another course date at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund of any fees paid.
We’ll always give as much notice as possible and do our best to accommodate your needs.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant to take your place on the same course, provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the start date.
