Health and Safety Policy
We take health and safety seriously, both during our courses and at any location we operate.
All training sessions are conducted in safe environments with suitable facilities and equipment.
We complete regular risk assessments and ensure all participants are briefed on health and safety procedures before each session.
Learners must inform trainers of any medical conditions or additional needs prior to the start of the course so reasonable adjustments can be made.

We provide an inclusive learning environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect, regardless of age, gender, race, disability, religion, or background.
We actively challenge discrimination and ensure equal access to all our training opportunities.
